LOCAL DEVELOPMENT NOTICE

Pilot privacy & data

This is a local evaluation environment, not a public freight service.

What is stored

Enquiries, contact details, cargo briefs, account profiles, messages, document versions, assistant revisions, delivery records and audit events are stored in the private SQLite database on this computer. Browser drafts are saved in session storage; choosing Save draft also stores cargo in this browser across sessions.

Who can see it

The local operator can review submitted test enquiries. Verified client accounts can access their linked records. Sample accounts have a separate data area and cannot read tester submissions. Internal manager notes are hidden from clients.

Local verification and files

Verification and password reset tokens are written to a private development mailbox file, not delivered by email. Only the computer owner should provide a token to a tester. Uploads currently accept UTF-8 text files up to 1 MB; PDF and office files require a production scanning and retention service.

Before public operation

The operator must confirm the legal company identity, privacy and terms text, retention and deletion process, production authentication, email delivery, file scanning, secure hosting and responsible receiving team. Use synthetic test data during evaluation.
